Mississippi State University Admission 2024

1. Score of at least ACT or SAT is not necessary. The number of average scores in ACT and SAT is 24-30 and 1130-1310 respectively.

2. Must submitted a college prep curriculum in high school in compliance with minimum 2.5 GPA. Students may have the chance to conceal the flaws of the curriculum if their GPA rises enough. 

3. The admission from competitive out-of-state colleges requires the GPA from high school of at least 3.0.  

4. Application opens Wednesday July 1 for the fall term of 2023. The deadline to apply for priority is November 1. Space limited please apply early.

5. A non-refundable application fee of $40. Granted if someone demonstrates financial hardship.

1. The university gives the opportunity to apply online and the link to the website is provided. Application form would expect you to open an account and supply relevant information such as your name, contact information, education details, test scores just as is applicable and any other details. There will have to be an application fee you will be charged for as well.

2. Send over your high school transcript as well as any ACT/SAT scores that are needed for admission. MSUs forms are modeled to provide details of the required documents. School's transcript should be official, and it should be the one that was issued by your school. A fake transcript that has been altered will not be accepted.

4. Make sure there are no extra steps for the admissions you are applying for such as programs’ specific requirements. For instance, engineering majors normally fill out extra application essays or testing as well.
